Founded in August 2025, Education Motivation Consult (EMC) is a private company dedicated to strengthening education through motivation, connection, and community engagement.
EMC focuses on teacher motivation, talent development, youth empowerment, hygiene awareness, environmental protection, literary activities, and educational support initiatives across Rwanda.
Our mission is to reconnect teachers with their former students by creating a digital platform where teachers can build professional profiles linked to the schools they have taught in. Through this connection, former students can rediscover, appreciate, encourage, and stay connected with the teachers who positively impacted their lives.
EMC believes teachers are the foundation of society. By promoting recognition, communication, and community support, we aim to restore value and motivation within the education sector while inspiring positive social transformation.
Through technology and educational mobilization, EMC also promotes discipline, awareness, mentorship, talent growth, and lifelong learning opportunities for young people across Rwanda.
